Lounges and Dining Rooms
In our spacious lounges and dining rooms, there are a variety of areas for residents to relax, socialise with other residents, friends and family, or enjoy a wide range of games, activities and entertainment. All lounges are furnished in a contemporary style and are equipped with the latest digital TV and FM radio. External terrace decking with beautiful countryside views are also available from two of the main lounges and dining rooms. In addition, all communal areas are fitted with air conditioning to ensure the comfort of our residents during warmer weather. Hearing loops have also been fitted for those who may require.

Comfortable Bedrooms
Our 78 single bedrooms are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms, digital TV, FM radio and telephone points. Exceeding the CSSIW standards for room sizes, many of the rooms are fully accessible to wheelchair users. All bedrooms are attractively decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Catering
All meals are prepared in our high-tech kitchen, where individual and specialist diets can be catered for by our experienced and professional staff.

Additional Services
Additional services in-house include hairdressing and religious services for residents’ convenience. Brocastle Manor is also equipped with state-of-the-art commercial laundry facilities that offer the highest standards of service.

Environmentally Friendly
Built to high standards of insulation, and with a rain water harvesting system which cleans and filters rain water used to flush the WC system, Brocastle home has been designed and built to ensure it is energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly in its general running.
